As we continue to seek ways to help you Bank Safely from Home, we've updated our registration process for RepublicOnline to avoid you from having to visit a branch.
Select the RepublicOnline option that’s right for you
Read the Terms of Usage Agreement, click ‘I Agree’, complete the application form and click “Register”
Take a screenshot of the completed application form and a picture of yourself holding a valid form of photo ID. Your face and ID must be clearly visible. In the event of an ID Card, you must take pictures of yourself with both the front and back of the card
Send both the screenshot of the completed form, as well as the photo(s) of yourself holding the ID card to email@example.com with the Subject Header – 'Internet Banking Registration – (your Full Name is to be included)
Next, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org containing your Republic ID-Secure Card. This card is required to sign in to RepublicOnline. This email address is for sending ID-Secure cards only. All other queries must be sent to email@example.com.
At the final step, an official Republic Bank representative will contact you from 1-868-487-9807 for two calls - the first being a pre-call to notify you that you will receive a Whatsapp video call. The second call will be the Whatsapp video call.
The Whatsapp video call is an important step in completing the registration process. You may decide to decline the Whatsapp video call, however please note that the registration will not be completed and you will have to visit a branch which is not recommended at this time as we practice social distancing.

Complete the RepublicOnline Commercial & Corporate Application form and print the document. Authorised signatories are required to sign and affix the company stamp. Scan the completed form to PDF, jpg or png format.
Each of the authorised signatories is required to hold his/her ID in hand and take a ‘selfie’, clearly showing both full face and ID. Take another picture showing the reverse, if it is an ID card.
Compose an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject header – ‘Corporate Internet Banking Registration’, please also include your company’s name. Attach the selfies and the copy of the registration form.
A Republic Bank representative will contact all signatories via email, to advise that they will receive a Whatsapp video call from 1-868-487-9912.

Each user will then receive a welcome letter via email.
