As we continue to seek ways to help you Bank Safely from Home, we've updated our registration process for RepublicOnline to avoid you from having to visit a branch.
Step 1
Select the RepublicOnline option that’s right for you
Step 2
Read the Terms of Usage Agreement, click ‘I Agree’, complete the application form and click “Register”
Step 3
Take a screenshot of the completed application form and a picture of yourself holding a valid form of photo ID. Your face and ID must be clearly visible. In the event of an ID Card, you must take pictures of yourself with both the front and back of the card
Step 4
Send both the screenshot of the completed form, as well as the photo(s) of yourself holding the ID card to info@republicbarbados.com with the Subject Header – 'Internet Banking Registration – (your Full Name is to be included)
Step 5
Next, an official Republic Bank representative will contact you from 1 (246) 227-2700 for a pre-call to notify you that you will receive a WhatsApp video call. The second call will be the WhatsApp video call. The WhatsApp video call is an important step in completing the registration process. You may decide to decline the WhatsApp video call, however please note that the registration will not be completed and you will have to visit a branch which is not recommended at this time as practice social distancing.
Step 6
At the final step, you will receive an email from an Internet Banking designate containing your Republic ID-Secure Card. This card is required to sign in to RepublicOnline. This email address is for sending ID-Secure cards only.
